Chefchouen, Morocco - July 2005

This quiet mountain town is in the heart of the Rif Mountains and is pretty difficult to get to with no train link but it was worthwhile. It's also the home of many grow ops where people frequently get stoned. The town colour is blue for its water supply. It was just a really nice village to relax in and just to get away from it all. It was a bit more touristy than the other places I've been. Unlike most of the country, this part use to be ruled by the Spanish.
