Olympos, Turkey - October 2005

Olympos is the perfect place to spend Halloween with the fires of Chimaera, the legendary beast. Up on Mt. Olympos lies flames coming out of cracks in the mountain. You can actually put them out but they will re-light. There was also the option of staying in tree houses but I opted for the comforts of a heated cabin as ensuite toilets and showers as it was quite cold at night. During the day, we also had a chance to relax on the beach and at night, the place we were staying at had a Halloween party.
